  Our quality assurance team will review your request within 24-48 hours to ensure the product is eligible for return based on our warranty guidelines.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the electronic device securely in its original box, including all manuals, cables, and promotional inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Pickup & Refund

  Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and upon successful inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
